## About this event

Build your AI Chief of Staff in one sitting, from your own desk.

Our two most requested workshops, Claude Cowork 101 and Claude 102, condensed into a single virtual session led by a Claude SMB Trainer. If you've been using Claude or ChatGPT like a search engine, you're leaving the real work on the table. We'll set up Claude Cowork as your chief of staff: a project that knows your context, a skill you can run on repeat, and a connection to one of the tools you already use.

**What you'll walk away with**

- Your Claude projects set up correctly, with context that makes every answer better
- Your first skill: a task you hand off the same way every time
- One MCP connection to a tool you already use (calendar, email, Notion, QuickBooks, you pick)
- One real task of yours running in Claude, not a plan to try it later
- Practical AI fluency: what Claude does well, what to double-check, and where the limits are

**Who this is for**

You've used Claude before and want to go further than the chat box. A Claude Pro account gets you the most out of the session, since several of the tools we'll use are on Pro. Not sure you're ready? Start with a Build with AI meetup first.

- Registration is limited to keep the workshop hands-on and valuable to all attendees.
- Claude is set up to ask before it sends, posts, or pays. It drafts and recommends; you decide.
